Ti-Punch


Ingredients:

Sugar cane syrup
Agricultural White rum
Green lemon

Receipt:

Press a half thick green lemon section and to leave it in glass. Put 1 measurement of sugar cane sugar for 4 measurements of rum. Serve with a small spoon to stir.

You can replace the sugar cane syrup by brown sugar or honey from Marie-Galante (French West-Indian Island). Rum must be at ambient temperature, in particular it should not be too fresh.


Cd-Rum


Receipt:

Put some ice floes in a glass :

2cl of blue curaçao.

3cl of malibu.

Rum 3cl.

6cl of Canada dry.

Stir up.

Decoration.

Fresh Mint /Redcurrant /Carambola.


Cuba Libre


Receipt:

Put some ice floes in a glass :

Lemon juice 2cl.

White Rum 5cl.

Supplement with Coke cola (approximately 9cl).

Stir up.

Decoration.

Slice green lemon / Redcurrant / Piece of lemon peel


Revolution


Receipt:

Put some ice floes in a glass :

Lemon juice 1cl.

2cl of Jet 27.

Rum 4cl.

Lemonade 5cl.

Stir up.

Decoration.

Currant / Green Lemon / Strawberry / Raspberry / Fresh Mint / Cherry.


Punch In Bowl


Receipt:

Put some ice floes in a glass :

Amber Rum 4cl.

2,5cl of peach cream

Lemon juice 1,5cl.

6cl of Guava nectar.

1 cl of Blackcurrant syrup.

Decoration.

Pear / Strawberrey


Loco Coconut


Receipt:

Put some ice floes in a glass :

Amber rum 3cl.

2cl of Malibu coconut.

2cl of Blue Curaçao.

Pineapple juice 3cl.

Grapefruit pure juice 4cl.

Stir up.

Decoration.

Melon / Kiwi


Pina Colada


Put some ice floes in a glass :

8 cl of Pineapple juice.

4 cl of sweetened coconut milk.

4 cl of white rum.

A little cinnamon according to your taste.

Mix and serve fresh.


Case Pilote


Receipt:

Put some ice floes in a glass :

1cl of Barley water.

2 cl of Lemon juice.

4 cl of Guava nectar.

2 cl of Banana cream.

4 cl of White ruml.

Stir up.

Decoration.

Green lemon / Crystallized Cherry.



Le Marinier


For 1 glass:

4 cl of White rum

2,5 cl of Orange juice

1 cl of Green lemon juice

1 Inch of grenadine.

Put the whole in the shaker with ice floes. Shake and serve in a glass for cocktail.


MOJITO


Basic drink

White rum

Power : 5

Prepares in glass of service

It must be serve in high glass (tumbler)

To drink very fresh, preferably the afternoon.

Ingredients

1/2 spoonful of sugar

Juice of half of a green lemon

Some Mint sheets (to macerate)

5 cl of White rum

Fizzy water to complete

In high glass, put sugar, the lemon juice, some mint sheets, 2 or 3 ice floes and rum.
To complete with an fizzy water, to stir up and serve with a straw.
Taste the national cocktail of Cuba with salsa rhythm , expatriation guaranteed !!
