Distilled from virgin honey obtained from the sugar cane after undergoing a slow fermentation process. It is aged using solera system, at an elevation of 2300 meters above sea level, in small American oak barrels which have been charred ans previously used to age bourbon whiskey and Sherry wines. This rum is prepared using a special blend of finest rum of casa Botran.

Rich and persistent with the nose on notes of crystallized fruits, plum and clove, marked by caramelized sugar. In mouth, concentrated and almost sweetened entry, on honey aromas, dry grapes. It evolves on caramel and herbaceous notes. A completion which is prolonged on almond notes and figs. The excellence !
