Since its design, the objective of Planetrum is to build a shop on line, proposing fabulous and top-of-the-range labels dedicated as well to the experts, as with the amateurs, and to become leader in the distribution of best Rhums of the world and its derivatives.
Planetrum is the first shop on line which gathers these specificities. Available in French and English, the customers of Europe, of North America and Asia will be able to order with ease.
Today, many of world labels exist but are known only by the initiates or the experts. We just wished to gather on our site, all these marks, so that they are easily accessible and identifiable by the rum's amateurs of the whole world but also, in order to found a climate of confidence and professionalism.
Since the whole beginning, the idea root of Planetrum is very clear. As an amateur of rums itself, frustrations of the founder were that it was almost impossible to find a place on Internet proposing of the rhums that it sought. Thus, by founding Planetrum, it decided to build a great data base of the best labels of rums in the world, where the amateurs, experts, beginners and even the tourists having had the occasion to taste the rums producer countries, could find their products preferred, and awake with new forgotten feelings.
Thanks to its positioning in the Caribbean one, Planetrum is the ideal specialist to make you discover the fabulous world of rum, while passing by its vintage, with the freshness of the white rums, until the tenderness of the liquors.
Planetrum was founded in 2001 by a 30 year old contractor Jose-Henri Joseph.
